You love each other. But lately, it feels like you're two exhausted people living parallel lives — ships passing in the night, handing off the baby, struggling to find your way back to each other.
The arrival of a baby changes everything. Sleep deprivation, shifting roles, identity changes, and the emotional weight of early parenthood can put even the strongest relationships under significant strain. You may feel disconnected from your partner, like you're not being heard or understood, resentful, exhausted, or unsure how to ask for what you need, overwhelmed by the transition from partners to parents, like the relationship you had before is somewhere you can't quite find your way back to.

My approach to couples therapy is warm, balanced, and evidence-based. I draw on Gottman Method principles — one of the most researched approaches to couples therapy — and integrate my specialized perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support International (PSI). I understand the unique emotional landscape of the postpartum period in a way that goes beyond clinical training. I have lived it myself.
I believe that both partners deserve to feel seen in the room. Sessions are a space where both of your experiences are valid, and where the goal is not to assign blame but to help you find your way back to each other.
